Exposure Visit to India - Delhi & Bangalore
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Innovate Bhutan team was fortunate to embark on a transformative educational exposure visit to India, specifically Delhi and Bangalore, spanning from December 10th to December 19th, 2023. This unique experience not only provided us with a thorough comprehension of the intricate Indian ecosystem but also facilitated meaningful collaboration and knowledge-sharing between Innovate Bhutan and our esteemed Indian counterparts. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">During the exposure visit, the Innovate Bhutan, our team participated in the 27th World Investment Conference, gaining insights into foreign direct investment (FDI), climate change mitigation, and effective aftercare strategies. Subsequent meetings with Invest India and the Atal Innovation Mission NITI Aayog delved into the thriving Indian startup ecosystem, its support mechanisms, and the various programs fostering innovation. The visit also included exploration of an Atal Tinkering Lab, discussions with the Nudge Institute, and visits to impactful initiatives such as Opengrad and Sailamander Foundation. Also, had an meaningful engagement in business discussions and visits to Dharmavaram Weaving Centre, Atal Incubation Centre - SKU, and Kidspace further enriched their exposure, leading to potential collaborations and initiatives aimed at introducing educational toys and preserving cultural heritage in Bhutan. <br></p><div><br></div>
