A dynamic educator with over 13 years of teaching experience. Currently he is serving as the Program Leader for Bachelor of commerce at Royal Thimphu College. He played a key role in curriculum design for Business Programme, and was the controller of exam at Royal Thimphu College for several years. He also served as an external examiner to Norbuling Rigter College, Bhutan. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is also engaged in nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurial minds. He has provided mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs. This includes grooming them for various business competitions as well as preparing them for engagement with angel investment platforms. Provides mentoring to young aspiring entrepreneurs for various national and international business idea competitions and for angel investment platforms. He specialized in teaching a spectrum of modules including Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Taxation, Management, and Entrepreneurship. His multifaceted expertise ensures that students and mentees are equipped not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical insights, moulding them into well-rounded professionals poised for success.
