Consultant /Trainer /Entrepreneur/social worker
Mr. Pema Gyalpo is a consultant /trainer and social worker. He had over 20 years of experience in various fields, mainly in Training, Research and Evaluation. He is a certified trainer after undergoing TOT in Pedagogy from the Ministry of Education and Skills Development. He possesses skills at developing curriculum and conducting training in the field of business management, Entrepreneurship, Project, Planning and Management. He is a mentor in startup centers and entrepreneurs. He is a certified mentor and participated in mentorship curriculum development conducted by ICIMOD Nepal. He is founder of Organic Cleaning and bathing Products. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce in 2003, and a Master's Degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. He is currently General Secretary of Japan Alumni Association of Bhutan (JAAB) and Secretary of JICA Alumni Association of SAARC Forum. (JAAFSC) and Chief Executive officer of Research Impact Development Expert firm. He is a licensed guide in a Spanish language. He is a member of Dessup and Bhutan Red Cross Society.
